don't have to walk for this one. Today, between 230pm and i don't know yet. Military style helicopters have been circling around what looks like mission and ceasar chavez (around where the police station is). I haven't heard of any reason for this, other then the continous assumed superbowl terrorist threats. The rain last night wasn't bad enough for any other reason. & the news hasn't mentioned any of this. So much for local coverage.

No word on any significant rain damage. All my contacts haven't even mentioned the rain other then "yay! rain." There were two power surges last night, lasting about half a second and knocking my tv out (twice), and one siren, but that's about it.

as of 2:54pm, there is atleast 1 military style helicopter still circling.
