Last night's Joint Outreach/Rules and Elections consisted of only 3 people. It was a lite convo, mostly figuring out promotion, food, and drinks for the two upcoming events (basically the logistics). The Candidate Forum on the 7th and the Elections on the 21st of May. I would recommend listening to the audio on this one, especially if you are a candidate. So that you can anticipate what is coming. There is being planned a type of bbq, during the elections, to promote voting. The location will be near the BH City Hall, but cannot be in the parking lot. The site hasn't been finalized yet, but considerations are the library's parking lot, or the Police Station's plaza. Also, they/we/BHNC are looking for volunteers for these events.
On this note. There will be a emergency "Rules and Elections" meeting during the General Board Meeting tomorrow. You can find the agenda at the BHNC site and on BHT.
