Well, by now you probably hadn't heard that last night's PLUC meeting was canceled. We didn't make Quorum. It is not odd that a meeting will start a little late, as we are waiting on people who may be stuck in traffic or can't find parking. But this time we waited until 6:41 (by the library clock).
There was an audience. Mostly comprised of presenters, with only 2 community members. So those of us that were there were willing to wait just a little bit longer.
We were able to at least get through public comment and make announcements, but with out quorum we can't take any voting action. As it was just me there, along with the BHNC president. We need at least four present to make quorum.
I was able to record audio of what we did have of this meeting.

Some of the Items that were on the agenda that are time sensitive are being moved to the General Board Meeting on the 28th of October at the BH City Hall. Based on the BHNC president's discretion. All other Items are being pushed back to the next PLUC meeting on November 10th.
